Your data, your instance
Up to 50,000 contacts and 10 GB of file storage on standard hosting — enough for essentially every small and mid-sized nonprofit, with room to spare. No per-record pricing, no per-seat pricing, no charging you more because you raised more.
$50 until I have steady customers*
$1,500 per year (two months free) if you want to pay up front

Large installations
Let's talk
Bigger than a single server wants to handle.
More than 50,000 contacts, more than 10 GB of stored files, or enough activity that you need a dedicated, isolated server rather than standard hosting.
Dedicated hosting priced to what it actually costs to run — from around $300/month, depending on the size of the instance you need.
No enterprise sales theater. I show you the hosting math, you pay a fair markup on it, that's it.
* You ever notice how people put really small writing at the bottom of pricing sheets? What's that about? Seems sketchy.
À la carte.
Some things are not part of the monthly fee because not everyone needs them. If you do, here's what they cost.
Data import
$250 flat. I bring your existing constituent data into the system, cleaned and matched. Includes two review sessions — one when you give me the data, one before you launch.
Design
$125 per hour. Custom theme work, branded templates, page design. I offer design services for your site if you need help in this area.
Development
$100 per hour. Customization, new widgets, integrations, automations. For projects over 10 hours we'll talk through scope before starting.
Custom features
Negotiated. I'll consider building features that meet the security and data-handling criteria the product is built on. If they don't meet those criteria, see the next section.
